Yes... she is unavailable. She can no longer be obtained as i have lost credits to some of the assets and do not wish to sell or distribute something i cant properly credit for.
I do have plans to re-release her with re-made body textures and fixed issues but that is not available yet, when it is I will provide a link here and an announcement in my server!
